The Plaza Athenée in Paris is my favorite hotel in the world.
It has been my starting point in terms of my decorating style.
As many of you French-loving readers know, this is where Carrie Bradshaw
stayed with Aleksandr Petrovsky in the final two episodes of Sex and the City.

Just gorgeous I would love to stay here one day! Have you ever stayed there? You're right - it is such beautiful decorating. Also, I had no idea that's where Carrie stayed! Interesting!
Oh my goodness this is a gorgeous hotel. I am sure they don't have 100 stairs to climb. I sm still ink two minds in regard to hotels in Paris -beautiful yes. But .... Love living like a Parisian in a Paris apartment even if it is with sore knees!
