Style Spotlight: 'Blondie Luxe'

A few months ago I wrote a 'Style Spotlight' on one of the most popular Instagram accounts: Up Close and Stylish.
Now it's time to take a closer look into the closet of another high-profile Instagrammer: Blondie Luxe.

I would like to note that there is a lot of information/gossip available online about this young woman.
Why she chooses to delete many of her photos, why she has deleted all content of her blog, does she really work like she says she does, and where her money really comes from, is not in my interest.


This is just a look into her closet & clothes.
Don't take it too seriously - someone is not a role model by owning many luxury items.
Just enjoy the fashion!




She loves taking selfies, yet rarely shows her full face.

Chanel face-off! She writes "i know they may seem redundant. but maxi is my favorite size, and i have been waiting for the perfect patent option as it isn't as delicate as the lambskin one. the colors (for me) are different enough to keep both."

She writes: "never would i have thought the day i took the photo on the left it would turn into one of the most stolen photos on Instagram of louboutin daffodiles! Here is the proof they are, in fact mine, as all 3 pics are taken in my old apartment, in my mirror. What drives me nuts is when people steal it to *sell fake* louboutins. it hurts unsuspecting customers. if i had known it would be reposted so much, I would have applied my spray tan better that day."

She would normally cover her face with hearts like this:






On these pictures she poses with @pinkblondebrunette (on the far right), a friend she mentions often on her Instagram.

Update:
We can confirm that the pictures above of the blonde woman are indeed "BlondieLuxe"
and that she lives in the Boston area.

BlondieLuxe often posts (and then a day later deletes) pictures of her social life in which she parties with friends.
There is one of her friends' Instagram accounts in particular that got our attention.
Her profile is public and viewable for everyone @GraceHoffman. Update: this account is as of April 23rd 2014, no longer public! Update #2: Okay, now the account IS public again, but she deleted all her BlonideLuxe pics (May, 2014).
She is a "new friend" of BlondieLuxe and has several pictures online that can confirm BlondieLuxe as the woman in the pictures above.


Her friend Grace Hoffman often leaves comments on BlondieLuxe's pictures defending her:






So by going to this Instagram account, one quickly stumbles upon many face photos of BlondieLuxe,
including this one where she carries a Chanel 'Lego' bag, which BlondieLuxe has shown on her IG:






Other pictures of BlondieLuxe on her friend GraceHofmann's Instagram account include:














Here is her friend Grace Hoffman in BlondieLuxe's apartment, with the same rug, poofy and chairs as BlondieLuxe sometimes shows on her pictures.
I do believe that this is NOT BlondieLuxe's dog, because Grace often posts pictures of this dog as being her pet,
so they might just have the same breed.




Also, BlondieLuxe posted this photo of Grace Hoffman (before deleting it), while Grace posts on the same day this group picture of BlondieLuxe.






Guessing where she would live, I often thought of Boston, as the scenery doesn't look like NYC to me, but still a very city vibe (& weather circumstances she often refers to when posting a picture).

Grace Hoffman often tags locations on her photos, so it's easy to figure out where the photos where taken thanks to IG maps.
